SHIPPING
In order to serve you better we strive to ship our orders within 48 hours of receipt, weekends and holidays not included. Fresh produce, perishables and bakery goods are usually shipped on Mondays and/ or Tuesdays to better preserve freshness.
Please note that we do not ship to Post Office boxes nor personal mail boxes. There are some products, such as colognes and perfumes that we will only ship via GROUND SERVICE , be it UPS or another transportation service. We reserve the right to modify the shipping charges on orders that exceed 45 pounds in weight. We will notify and obtain approval from the customer before filling such order.
We also reserve the right to change the shipping carrier selected by the customer in the check out process.
We do not ship colognes or perfumes outside the continental USA.. There may be some products we sell that may not be entered to your State or Country without inspection or previous approval by local authorities or they may be totally restricted. It is the responsibility of the person placing and or receiving the order to resolve these issues. We reserve the right to not honor any order with an international shipping address or/and not within the contiguous 50 States.
Should any dispute arise by the use of this Web page or by the purchase or use of any product (s) or from any other act or agreement, both, the customer and Triway Corporation( www.QbinFresh.com ) agree that it should be settle in the courts with jurisdiction in Miami Dade County, State of Florida, United States of America.
RETURN POLICY
You may return an item in its original condition and packaging or container for a refund or credit within 7 days of receiving your order. A restocking feeย may apply on all non food items, food items are not returnable, but if we accept a return a 25% fee will be applied on all food items. For obvious and sanitary reasons only canned or unopened food items may be considered for a return. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. To initiate your return process, please E mail us at: CustomerCare@Cubanfoodmarket.com to obtain a "return authorization number". Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip including the authorization number. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. Return the item via UPS or US Postal Service. Please insure the package and secure a tracking number to protect yourself in case it gets lost or damaged in transit.

If you chose to cancel an order after it has been shipped, or you refuse delivery, you will be charged for the corresponding shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. It will be your responsibility to return the order to us.
Seasonal merchandise , fresh produce, frozen item, party supplies, party goods, customized items are NON REFUNDABLE for any reason. Memorabilia, school books, old books and all collectibles in general are also non returnable under any circumstance.
